Function:
Reception of staff and guests, reception and distribution of mail, verification of deliveries, monitoring the entrance and exit of the building, verification of the proper functioning of the building (Garage, elevator, fire panel ...).
A "Facilities management" service to optimize coordination and communication between the building's managers. (Administration, syndic, external companies...) A janitorial service for the maintenance of the building.
Our employees are bilingual (French - English) / trilingual (French - English - Dutch).
Training: first aid, adapted reaction in case of fire, bomb threat and natural disaster, communication techniques and psychological approach to conflicts.
